Instructions for developers: 1. Create checkmark that does nothing. 2. If asked, say that it is not bug, because it is deliberately coded that way. 3. Offer to send Feature Request.

A Way To Permanently Disable "Enable MIDI Out" When Inserting Softsynths?

Hello Everyone, I have my preference for "Enable MIDI Out" disabled, yet every time I insert a softsynth, it doesn't listen to this setting and MIDI-Out is enabled! I do have it set so that it doesn't prompt me with this every time I insert a softsynth, but shouldn't it listen to this? Is there a reg key or something I can put in so this is never enabled?

There was hot discussion here about it. For me it is obvious that it is programming mistake. There is checkmark that do nothing. But for some reason all forum hosts here have said that it works how it should work, because many people have wrote to support and asked to make work it like that. It is crazy, yeah.
