Cakewalk: What is the status of my Case 313717?
 
I had been communicating with Technical Support on this issue, but I have had no replies since 6/7/16, so I thought I'd inquire here.

I concur - perhaps your issue can be resolved in these forums, if you are willing to give that a shot.  If so, please list the details of your issues, as well as provide some info on your computer specs (mine are at the bottom of this post).
 
There are some really really knowledgeable folks in the forums who would work hard to help you - :)

I don't know if you have the last update, but I understand another update is imminent. I don't have any problems, but I do have my computer connected to the internet most of the time.

In another thread, a user sited a case number that a Cakewalk rep indicated did not exist in their system, suggesting that the user had mis-typed the case number. At this point, I would be happy just with confirmation that my particular case still exists in the Cakewalk system. At least this would assure me that the issue is likely to be eventually resolved.

I am still very interested in Cakewalk's reply to this query. A followup message referencing my case number has again gone unanswered.
 
Does anyone have a phone number with which I could reach a human at Cakewalk?

Your case is still active. We're planning another Rapture update soon but a date is not set yet.
Have you updated to the latest version?
