The censorship in these forums are even worse than it was before. Posts are simply being deleted without any discussion. That is the death knell for me, people trying to protect and censor even when it's all done and dusted.

(BTW no it's not the spam scanner I am getting automatic notifications).

So yeah there are much better places to be than here, where people are breathing over your shoulder and deleting stuff that they don't like.

Before somebody posts the predictable follow up comment, yeah sure I should leave etc... Just saving you the trouble of doing it ok?

And I have PM'd people with what actually happened in case I get booted again. I should have done that last time around...if you can't discuss stuff in public it is best to go underground.

New record today anyway, 3 or 4 posts and one thread entirely deleted. These forums are definitely great again!

The thought has been raised many times with regards to myself and CakeAlexs, but unfortunately it is incorrect.

I was going to abbreviate CakeAlexS to CA . . . but then realized and I thought he may not appreciate it

Where there's a Matron there is a Steve that closely follows.. Being careful not to comment on posts that may get edited afterwards (Cakewalk and hosts loved ignoring datestamps and screenshots when the narrative suited them, but that was long ago eh Matron!).

Naa it's Karyn and Craig Anderton. Whatever the Craig says is always on topic regardless even if off topic. BTW did you know I'll be releasing a new set of samples on BS records? Did you all know all your workflow is wrong and base belong to us. BTW bugs?. Don't exist in Sonar, just your crap workflow. However all software has bugs btw apart from Studio One which I am frantically blogging about.. but I still strongly recommend sticking with Sonar but hey I'm doing some great Studio One blogs, hey let's move Direct X plugs to Studio One. But my first love is still Cakewalk Sonar Studio One because Sonar is a violin and Studio One a cello (but cannot give a decent reason otherwise). Disagree..? You are a troll all your posts will be deleted! Oh hang on I'm not a forum admin any more. Regardless cannot reproduce your issue even though I said I did something completely different. Sonar will always run fine on Windows btw because windows always improves. Programming libraries and dependencies are fake news.

All in the past my friend. But one thing I can assure you, just as I am not you, I also am not Straummy.

I don't know what it was about the post that got deleted in the loopy thread upstairs last night, but I saved a copy of your post and reposted it here, alas it was also deleted, as I said in my post that got deleted, all you did was state the facts concerning the thread to that time, (with a couple of not unreasonable assumptions with regards to the 'ad') apart from calling someone a fanboy . . . still, seems a bit heavey handed. unless of course it's because of your comments about the 'ad' etc. Power lol

Yeah too old for grudges myself.

I've got lots of stuff that has been purposely deleted pasted in my files. I thought it was the spam scanner (sometimes it was) but now I definitely know there is casual censorship going on in the background by one person, deleting stuff without notification (unless they forget the untick the automated notification button). So it's time to show my bear ass at the "powers" that be, even if it is an only too brief period.. It's 3.22am in the UK and moderator will be asleep. I simply don't care.

You should go for some free advertising for your new set of samples and place it big and bold in your sig, then it doesn't matter if your posts are on topic or even relevant, just post any dribble anywhere, you'll be still getting the free advertismentout there . . . j/k

Anyway that was a deleteathon and a half.

Yup you were right .. to be consistent this post should have been moved to coffeehouse .. it of course it stayed because they LIKE this thread.

In the end several posts got deleted and it was locked without any explanation. Praise be to the forums God for she is accountable to nobody.

Hey Alex, you would have made a good forum host.

People forget I resigned before anything, truth be told the private hosts forums (corner pub) was where the moderation was really needed. When it was clear the forum rules were actively being ignored (which is a good way to abstract bias) and was just down to "opinions" that was me gone. As per usual whoever shouted the loudest won. Conversations were more about backing each other up. When I left they decided to **** upon the rogue and all you lot joined in not knowing or caring what happened (fair enough then).

What's going on now is the loudest and most power crazed person is finally getting their way without interruption.

Anyway who gives a **** let's party..

Basically who cares Steve it's will be all over soon. I'm not that obsessed believe it or not.. I'm certainly talking about it a lot more right now because the hidden moderation today was possibly the worst I've seen in any forums, as bad as the ZoneAlarm forum perhaps. It's done by stealth. Nevermind.. probably better off at Bapu's or something.

(NB edited previous comment).
