I just did another 2HT tonight. Turned out a little nicer than the last one...
I got a little overambitious, I think, because it was only about 1/4 of the way to where I wanted it to be when I had 10 minutes left.
But hey, it was fun! I want to do more with this track, but now I'm in the moral quagmire of whether or not that defeats the purpose of the 2HT Project.

"Erratic Neuroticism...GO!!" is a good 2HT effort and sounds like it doesn't need too much tweaking. It seems like electronic dance music lends itself to the 2HT format. Wasn't part the goal of 2HT to get inspiration? You've done the song and documented it. Why not go ahead and let it evolve? You'll just have another version. That's not unheard of. If you don't change the track you've already submitted, I think you can do what you want with it. Maybe a slight change in title is a good idea to differentiate the tracks.

"Erratic Neuroticism ...GO!!" isn't a 2-hour track. It's more like an 8-hour track. It was my first real attempt at making electronic dance music, and it took me a long time to figure out a lot of the stuff that I now use very often (such as filter sweeps and tossing a limiter on the drums). I keep telling myself that I'm going to remix and remaster everything once I get a proper pair of studio monitors, but 'til then it's just me and my crappy sennheiser headphones.
The 2HT I did last night is called "Realized Disguise". It's in the 2HT playlist with the other tracks. My buddy Nathun also did a track, "Malicious Fish", which turned out really well.
