Command Center Saying I Have No Products

Hello All, I logged on to Command Center and it said I have no products. This is twice today that this is happening. The first time, after the panic subsided, I signed out then signed in again, and all my products were restored. All good. I read a thread in Sonar that said something about this happening to other people as well, and felt relieved, some sort of glitch, right? Even a Cakewalk Staff member took part and was explaining the situation. Sorry this is the thread title under "Sonar":

But this issue is not solved for me. I am still being told I have no products. I also have a lifetime subscription to Sonar Platinum and all of my products are listed on my products page---just not in command center! Please advise! Edit: This morning: 4/11/2017 3:30am went on Command Center said I have no products, logged off then on again--back to normal for now....What is going on?Edit: 4/11/2017 5:08 pm logged on command center---all good. Have NOT signed off and in at all, seems stable so far. Note: When Command Center had said I had no products, I could still open Sonar Platinum and it appeared everything was still there.

I have the same issue. I figure it will get resolved within a few hours but have not had confirmation.

I don't understand?
 
I bought Artist from Sweetwater. Installed Command Center. Used it to download and install Sonar.
 
When I clicked on the orange completion dialog at the bottom, it returned me to Command Center but now shows no products.
 
I verified the online account and it opens from my name at the top of Command Center. My products are shown there.
 
But nothing I do is displaying my products. I can manually download Rapture Session, but I can't get any of the other downloads provided through Command Center.
 
Why is it not being displayed? Was there a confirmation email needed to respond to? I got a message from Cakewalk congradulating me on the purchase and linking to FAQs, but nothing for confirmation.
 
Anyone have any ideas?

Trying to figure out why.

Doesn't make sense that it worked correctly for the install but not immediately afterwards?

Answering for FrankieJ, thanks, but I don't think so. His Sonar installation is fine and shows correct ownership.

After installing Sonar via Command Center, a problem appeared. When the install completed, I clicked on the orange completion message at the bottom of CC and CC's screen suddenly became empty?

Big difference: I've had Sonar for years (Lifetime Splat now since the month they first offered Lifetime Updates, I think). Thankfully, my online account seems intact. I can't check this out anymore tonight because I've got work tomorrow.
 
Hope someone figures out what this is. Did a Win10 update cause this? A Command Center update? Is there a work-around/quick fix?
 
It's not just you, Frankie (or the fact you've got a relatively new purchase). This is something else entirely.

One thing is pretty sure (given the time of night and on a Monday yet): there will be many more reports of this in the morning.

Now I can't even log into Command Center ??? Wonder what's up...I can't even use Sonar Pro, and I've been using it all day...getting a popup that says "log into Command Centre to verify registration"....it appears I don't have an account ???

Mine has shown all my products each time I've logged in to CCC but I was asked to verify licence yesterday afternoon that I don't remember seeing before.  
 
I'm on the latest version of Sonar Platinum so maybe something has changed in the latest update.

don't think so, because i ran it after i updated it and it was fine, tried just now and can't log into ccc, but platinum seems to be fine, it does throw up the toast to check activation, but i just ignored it and carried on

I had the same issue.  CCC: "No products"

What I had to do is log off and log on again from Command Centre.  Note, this resets some preferences.  The main one to check is that your download location has not changed (as mine did as I am using a custom location)

Unfortunately, any products that you had hidden will have to be re hidden as logging off and on resets your product's respective hide status. 

Note: There really needs to be an easier way to hide many products instead of having to do one, reload the list, and do the next, ad infinitum.  Bit of a pain of you have a large list you wish to hide. 

A better way would be to have a list of your products and put a check box next to the ones you wish to hide.  When you're happy with your selection, hit apply.  All the products you have ticked the check box will hide.

Windows 10 64bit fully patched, 16 gig ram .

This is one reason to avoid making changes to path settings using tools supplied by Cakewalk and why I choose to use mklink instead.

Actually, I just checked CCC and now it's back to saying I have no products.  Platinum is still working though and has not demod (yet).  I am not going to log off and on again (If I can help it) as it took me ages to hide all my products that I want hidden.

Let's hope this is a small glitch with Cakewalk's servers that will be resolved soon...

Same happening here!
Mine occurred when I did the latest monthly update - installed the patch and then when I went to recheck the command centre - 'no products'! Thankfully my online account still has everything listed - just the command centre that doesn't.

I actually reinstalled C/Centre again but no difference made.

Hey Guys,
 
I've seen a couple of reports of this. We're investigating what's going on.
 
In the meantime, I recommend clearing Cakewalk Command Center's cache. You can do this two ways.
 
1) Simply try logging completely out of Cakewalk Command Center by clicking the gear/settings icon in the top right corner and then clicking Logout
 
2) Deleting the contents of C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Cache
 
You can navigate to this folder by opening the Run Prompt by pressing the "Windows" key and "R" at the same time.
 
Afterwards, type in the following path and click OK: %programdata%\Cakewalk\Command Center\Cache
Simply select all of the items in the cache folder and delete them.
 
Afterwards, when you log back into Cakewalk Command Center it will rebuild your product cache.
 
Can you folks try doing Step 1 and if that does not work doing Step 2? Please let me know if it makes any difference.

I have already done the CCC log off and log on.  It did rebuild my products list as they appear in CCC. but after a while it reverted to saying I have no products.

I will try the deleting of the cache files next.

yes, I've still got the same problem after deleting the cashe files...I can't log into ccc, it says wrong password or user name....the light is green, but there isn't anyway to access the logout button...nothing happens when it's clicked.
  I did request a new password, but I haven't tried resetting it yet, as I'm still logged into the main site with my old one...

I get that toaster msg also, followed the bouncing ball, everything in my account seemed correct so I closed it and haven't seen the msg since.

Well, I changed my password for CCC, and all is fine so far with Sonar !!! Don't know what was up with that, I've had the same password since X-1. A lot of weird things happened yesterday...first ccc wouldn't work, then my Eventide UltraChannel disappeared, and iLok wouldn't let me log in, now it looks like Native-Instruments download manager has disappeared...
