Command Center Stops Working

I tried to update Sonar and the Command Center will not run!  Windows 10 sad "the Command Center stop working" and tried to find a fix, but could not. 
 
Please help, as I have a project in the works.

    Hi. Have you restarted your pc after installing CCC? Which version of Windows do you use? If nobody else knows better, maybe uninstall, reboot, install again, reboot. If you have access to internet, maybe download again, as the download could be corrupted.

    I have the same problem. Have rebooted (multiple time), uninstalled and re-installed the command center with the same result. Platinum under Windows 10 worked well for the first week I instralled it and since then I've had nothing but problems.
