LockedCommand Center closes when I try to download Lexinton

Command Center closes when I try to download Lexinton

I can open Command Center with no problem but when I try to download anything (in this case Lexington), I get the Windows report that the program has closed unexpectedly.  I've tried reloading Command Center with the same results.  Using Windows 10, any suggestions?
