I do not see it in CCC either.
Not a "connected" product for those of us that have had it since its first release?
DL'd from my store account and did a manual install...

Your account looks in order to me. If it shows up as a "Connected Product" on the website, it should show up in Command Center. When's the last time you refreshed your product list in Command Center? If you want to try fixing it with the hammer method, try logging out of Command Center and then back in. Doing so should re-populate all of your owned products.

I already manually downloaded it and installed it separately (cut and paste the reg #). Will this cause a sync problem if an update occurs?

Nope, you can install through Command Center or manually. Even if you do it manually and then with C3 later, C3 will be aware of the version it's on. I recommend doing it through Command Center personally. Takes seconds and doesn't require typing in codes.

Rasure
No concrete limiter here either, seems to have disappeared from my account online too. Purchased it when it was released.

Not seeing it in my account either I have reported this.

You guys are all set now. Sorry for the trouble!

Thanks! I removed your email from the public post.

Unfortunately I'm still not locating any records. I've found all of your history, but no mention of the Concrete Limiter. I can check alternate email addresses, or if you have a receipt we could reference that.

Hey Irvin,

I haven't heard of this issue and gave it a try myself and don't see the button changing positions for me. This an existing project that already contained the Concrete Limiter? Could you try removing both instances and re-adding it and then doing another bounce?

Happy to report the issue went away for good upon a computer re-start. Tried replicating behavior without success. Happy camper here!

We updated the Concrete Limiter today so it now works on Command Center and we have also resolved a known issue for some customers where the output of the limiter would be silent after saving and reloading a project.

Go to your Command Center to get the update.

I don't see it mentioned anywhere so could you please confirm that this latest version is Version 1.0.2.11 ?

Thanks.

Interesting...

I don't know for fact that the update worked.nyes, CCC shows a green light now...

I ran the install in CCC and it declared the update was successful.

Concrete is working in all the projects I've used it in... No paawords/registration/etc. required... If it's properly applied, it was a very easy install.

How can I verify which version is installed other than CCC. I didn't know about the problem it had so it feels as if nothing has changed? ;-)

Thanks Bakers... You're always on top of things!

Thanks to all at Cakewalk.  After doing a clean install of Win 10 and reinstalling the apps, I noticed that my Concrete Limiter and Z3TA 2 were not in my SSO account.  All it took was one email to the "Fix your apps in CCC" and one day to have my products listed.

So I download the installer for version 1.0.2.11 (ProChannelConcreteLimiterSetup_1.0.2.11.exe) and fire it up...
(after having previously opened and closed --> X3e <-- to verify my existing version number 1.0.1)

First error message :
Cannot locate the required version of the program on this
system. Please install the correct version of the program to use
this patch.

Confirmed that and got second error message :
Runtime Error (at 125:46):
Internal error: An attempt was made to expand the "app"
constant before it was initialized.

[I have no idea where those colours are coming from]

EDIT:
1. Uninstalled 1.0.1 (hadn't done that), tried again, no change.
2. Reinstalled 1.0.1, registered it, and it reappears in X3e.
3. Re-uninstalled 1.0.1, tried again to install 1.0.2.11, same problem.

NOTE:
In my account, the serial number and registration code for 1.0.2.11 are the same as for 1.0.1

Ryan Munnis [Cakewalk]
The serial numbers are new. Authorization through C3 is automatic but they're also referenced in your account if you want to write codes down to do manual authorization without C3.

Next time please state that in post#1 and not post#30. I spent a bunch of time trying to figure out why I couldn't see this in CCC.

Same here. In control panel -> programs and features. It shows two entries for the concrete limiter. Both say they are version 1.0. One has a date from 2012 and one from a few days ago (when I installed the update).

I searched in program files and can find only one ProchannelConcreteLimiter.dll and it is dated from few days ago.

So what we have here is confusing versioning information (does not display the full version number, shows 2012 rather than 2015). Cakewalk please add this to your fix list. Thanks.

I did not try manually installing the plug-in. Did you try installing using the Command Center?

No, and for the moment I can't see myself installing it just for the CL update.

I would however like to know if this is a necessary step.  It doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere.

Nope, you can install through Command Center or manually.

I guess I should rephrase my question :  Has anybody successfully updated the CL without going through the CCC ?

Many people do this for offline setups without issue. I don't see any point now as downloading via CCC and running verbose mode does exactly the same thing and is much more convenient.

For whatever the worth - they have always been as quiqck as they can to solve issues with the store and purchases, because it is their revenue source, and they want it to function smoothly.  Happy customers are I would imagine seen as more likely to return for additional purchases over time, and they DO want long-term customers.  Also, a store getting a bad reputation for problems with buying things online is potentially quite damaging to any business, so they try to fix things rapidly.

It is a bit difficult for things that happen over the weekend, but if you contact them first thing Monday, they will do their best to fix whatever needs to be fixed.  They JUST did it for me last weekend, where 4 purchases I had made didn't show as going through, even though the charges to my bank account did.  I called the company that actually does the store purchase processing for Cakewalk, and they fixed it within a couple of minutes.  AND, had I looked closer I would have seen that they are available by phone for some number of hours on both Saturday and Sunday.

Hang in there - they will get you squared away - give them a call Monday, or if the issue might be resolved through that processing company, they DO have hours TODAY where you can call them.
