Dropout and LP64 & Multiband

Anyone have this problem, or an idea how to fix it. I tried the LPs in two different projects. One is a "test" project I have created a couple of midi tracks and one short audio track.... use it when I'm trying to figure out how something works. The LPs both work fine there.

Put them in a tune I am working on....right now, about 8 audio tracks.... I freeze all audio so no synths open or firing. When I put in one of the LPs I get instant drop out. My meters read that only 2-3% of my CPU and about 1-2% of my Disk are being utilized...but still, dropout. It does not matter if I have the plug in open and the softsynth "power" switch on or off... if the plug in is active, the tune doesn't play. Hmmmmmm?!?!?!

I havn't checked every other Cakewalk effect, but they all seem to play in the regular tune just fine.

Thoughts, suggestions or confirmation are welcome. Thanks in advance.

I have not had those problems with Sonar 7, however, Cakewalk has announced in these forums that the upcoming patch will address performance issues with the multiband plug(s).

Good to know..... oddly, I just tried inserting them on a bus.... (in the tune I'm working on) and it was fine. I tried reinserting them on a regular track and drop out occurs immediately.

    Thanks
