Export volume

Having problems with low volume when exporting to stereo.At the export page the settings are  Source Catagory is set to entire mix, Channel format set to stereo, sample rate is 44100, bit depth is 16, dithering is set to pow-r 3. No preset selected ... Need help

Quad AMD Phenom, 8gb ram, 750 gb main drive, 3 tb raid 5, Dual Flat Panels, Mixed Logic M24, RME Hammerfal 9652, 2-PreSonus DigiMax FS's, 01V, Central Station , FW-1884, 2- S-Phones
SONAR 8.5.3 Producer,Windows 7 64 bit

    Before you exported the song, what was the level showing on the master fader meter?

    Exactly - Low Volume compare to what?

    I always create a stereo bus called master, route tracks and other busses to it. Then I ramp it as hot as I can, then use that as my export source. Works great.
