Faderport 8 and Sonar?

Hi
I have used a Frontier Alpha Track for about as long as they have been out.

I just upgraded my PC and now have Win 10.  I see that drivers for Alpha track are old and that there is a new company that owns it.  Uh oh.

I saw an add for the Presonus Fader Port 8 in SOS.  It looks handy.  While the old single track Fader Port boasted compatibility with all the major DAWs, there is not much dialog on the 8 except for its Studio 1 (or whatever Presonus calls its DAW) integration and a HUI emulation.

Any experiences out there?  Or is this just too new?  Is there something similar to the Alpha Track?

Thanks
