Thank you so much Daryl and Bob. Your comments mean a lot to me. I'm so happy that X1d was able to resurrect a song from 2000. I had nearly given up on this song, but now it's new and fresh again. Kudos to CW. darylcrowley Good vocals! Good voice. The kick-in at 1:00 was expected and did not disappoint. Love the guitar tone in the left channel. Daryl Bob Oister Hey, Lynn, I only listened to the new version, but it's a very cool song with lots of interesting elements, good instrumental performances and excellent vocals. The synth work and distorted percussion definitely give it an edgy, modern vibe, and the mix sounds really well done. Nice work, have a good one! Bob

I like the electro-rock vibe you have on the go here, bring the vocals a bit more forward + perhaps some acoustic guitar to soften it a bit. Nice tune + the fallout ending going off into the distance gives it a nice retro-80's feel. Kind regards,

Wait Lynn can you hear me , no wait let me recheck my headphones & mixer or maybe its the guy up above me jumping up & down on his bed bouncing his wife around CRUNCH !LOL Just kidding Lynn , this has a great vibe to it but yea I had to think about the mix in your tune or should I say the scratchy crunching sound . In my ears with my headphones on it sounded like something in my mixer was about to burnout on me . I liked the sound you were going after but some of those scraching sounds were a bit too much for me . Your vocals sounded great and your lyrics too , anyway I liked it but if it was me I would replace that scraching sound with something else but thats me and maybe thats not what you were aiming for . Nice tune Lynn ! Radio

Dated, schmated... this just sounded great, Lynn. I actually listened to both versions, and the tune was definitely growing on me. The second mix sounded much more 'pro,' but you may want to keep some of the original elements... like the 'garagish' sound of the 1st version drums. This may be a matter of taste of course, but I sort of hear this with some rough edges intact as I think it fits with the lyric. Excellent tune though, and a very interesting arrangement made this a great listen for me. I particularly loved those resonant squeals that came in. Analog lives Great job, man!

Sounds much better now Lynn. I might be inclined to drop the drum distortion in the chorus sections to change things up a bit and also give it more impact when it comes back in, but maybe that's just me.

To thegaltieribrothers, radio, philz, and paulo, thanks for taking the time and for your kind advice. I'm going to sit on this a while and let it sink in. Be warned that I have a few more tunes to spring on you. Thanks again.

Lynn, I really liked this one! The distorted drums seemed very different to me. I could go either way on that but as I listened for a bit again, they fit just right. It's a good song, well sung, well played. Nice job, buddy!

Distortion/clipping ... original ... but difficult for me to link to for the whole song. TBH, I think I longed for more beatz or a wetter kick, or hip-hop bass drum ... for dance reasons. Classic rock beatz hybrid ... awesome!!!
