Let's not forget the outrageously acoustic Roddy Frame / Aztec Camera:

Oblivious
The Boy Wonders
The Bugle Sounds Again
Down The Dip

For a period there, I swear he was on commission for every diminished chord he threw in...

Now, THAT wasn't supposed to happen...

I was going to write And You And I by Yes, but all the videos I see on YouTube show Steve Howe playing and electric. Don't have the album to listen to.
And was that Rick Wakeman playing the steel guitar at the beginning?

I think it was both acoustic and electric that they played. I think they had a good arrangement there..

The space you have will always be exceeded in direct proportion to the amount of stuff you have...Thornton's Postulate.

Moshkiae

.  I specially like his live versions of "Calvary Cross" and "Night Comes In" from the album "Live, More or Less" ... but that's not as accoustic as we would like it here in this discussion ...
+100 on those two. Here are my favorite acoustic classics from Richard

Anything featuring Jerry Douglas, especially "Daylight" from the New Favorite album.

Anything by Tom Petty produced by Jeff Lynne.

"Blackbird"

"Suite: Judy Blue Eyes"

"Black Mountain Side"

All else is in doubt, so this is the truth I cling to.
