Session Drummer: How to change folder it looks to for content...

I've posted this on the Sonar Forum and searched threads for both forums seeking help; close, I think, but no cigar.

I just reinstalled Cakewalk's Session Drummer 2 Hip Hop Pack.  The install has no custom configuration options; it's all automatic.  My VST plugins folder is in the "root" Programs folder, not in the Cakewalk sub-folder.  Sonar knows this as its where my Global setting is for VST plugins, too.  The Session Drummer 2 & 3 folders are in my VSTplugins folder of choice with the .dll files and all content as subfolders, including the Hip-Hop Pack programs and, I believe, other relevant content.

HOWEVER, this expansion install pack MUST use the Cakewalk default VST folder of "C:\Programs\Cakewalk\VSTplugins" internally to look for content.  I don't have that folder on my drive.  When I select one of the Hip Hop programs to load I get the "can't find the ...[name every .wav file it's looking for to make up the kit]" message.  The message shows the default "C:Programs\Cakewalk\VSTplugins" folder as the path it's looking to.  I want to tell it where to look to find the content but can't.

I've done several registry searches using all the search words I can think of to find the folder setting Session Drummer looks in for content but have found nothing that works.  I found another thread on a similar topic with some advice I hoped would work but it didn't (just in case someone knows that thread, my registry search found NO "filecache.lst" results).

Does anyone know how to tell Session Drummer where to find content and direct it to the right place?

Thanks in advance.

You didn't have any luck with changing the Contents folder HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Cakewalk Music Software\SessionDrummer2 or \SessionDrummer3?

That's about all I could find on my own.

Alternatively, could you move the .WAV files to where it's looking?

If you didn't want to do that, I guess you could edit the .SFZ files and tell it to look for the .WAV files that way.

Just thinking out loud.  None of these strike me as practical solutions for your situation.

I got this figured out and posted my solution on the Sonar Forum.  michaelpath, your recommendation was made by another on the Sonar Forum, too, and was also important to my eventual solution.
