Studioware creator - Last Version to use it?

I did a search but didn't find my answer.

I need to create a panel to switch a leslie type effect from fast to slow. Since Sonar doesn't have the ability to create a panel, what was the last version of Sonar to have it? I think I have all my previous CDs but I didn't want to install each version.

Thanks!

Greg

It's in SONAR 1 and SONAR 2. After that it was removed.

I would like to piddle around with Studioware Creator but I have never owned a version that has it. I been using Cakewalk for quite a few years and recently upgraded from Home Studio 6 to Sonar 8 Studio.

Do I have to buy an old version that has it or is it available as a separate download somewhere? Google didn't steer me in the right direction.

I wish they'd offer it as an unsupported stand-alone creator or something. I'm not crazy about having multiple installs of Sonar on my machine, but it seems the only way to do it right now.

I'm glad I found my Sonar XL (Sonar 1) install disks since Sonar 2 XL won't install on Vista - there's a directX issue.

I created a lovely panel for a Digitech MIDI Vocalist that provided more functionality than the real unit. I sent it in to Cakewalk but it was never added to the available panels.

If anyone here has the MV-5 then PM me for a copy.

    Sonar 2 XL won't install on Vista - there's a directX issue.

Sonar 2.2 XL does install you just need to download the DirectX Utility from the Cakewalk site
