This ones got a nice feel to it. Since you're still early in the process the main comment I'll make right now is that I think the drums push the feel back a bit to far for me and it doesn't quite feel in the pocket.
Other than that..and nice demo to good potential.

This is a fun concept, made me smile. The music does have a sort of live feel to it as though it's being played in a club, so nice job with that. Nice tune that's played and arranged very well. Enjoyed.

man this sounds great! sounds live! testament to your mixing skills. or is it live? fooled me! great guitar tone and playing... I get in dry spells too, spend hours and hours only to wind up with junk and trash it all. But when it clicks, it seems to come together by itself (you know what I mean). It's reminding me of Stealers Wheel, 'Stuck in the Middle with You' you've got that young Gerry Rafferty/Rab Noakes vibe going on with your voice and a listen to that track may give you some ideas of where to go structurally with it.
Do you play out at all? You sound like you've got all the understanding of an experienced troubador. You'd go down a storm round here in the muso haunts, you've got that something that grabs attention which is abundantly apparent just from this little snippet.

MARK.... THANK YOU , It never fails every time I write a song it kinda sounds hoky. The more I listen to this tune the more I felt like I was in a bad lounge. I actually had more fun recording the intro over the song. THANKY YOU very much for the props and the listen.
