Sounds reasonable... so cake/roland sells hardware to all those cubase/logic/reaper users and throws in a copy of SONAR 8 Producer on the house... oh my how did that get in there?

Not really. But a guy named "Sudio" cheated Phil out of some royalty rights in the 80's and his name was in a song by Phil of which the lyrics were really a memo to his lawyer. "Sue Sue Sudio".
