Graphics/GUI (sluggish, slow)

Sonar Graphics/GUI are sluggish, slow
- when dragging VSTi windows of e.g. Battery 3, Dimension Pro (VSTi interface gets sluggish when dragged outside of Screen extent, and then inside again)
- when having a lot of short audio clips in TV (slow rebuild / refresh rate of screen, as if the video card was too slow/old)
- when minizing and maximizing Sonar Window to task bar (unresponsive maximizing)

Any advice?

I use a recent 1 year old quite fast Gaming Video Card (ATI Radeon 4850)
Win XP Sp3
Intel Quad Core
SPE 8.5.2.22

    Try the pause key on you keyboard.
