OT M1/M1REX bank change sysex command

Is this a question that cannot be answered:

What is the sysex command for an M1 (internal <-> card) bank change?

I've posted this on various M1 forums, with no reply. It is not in the M1/M1REX spec, or if it is, I can't figure it out.

I'm bothering you all with it as a last resort.
