Unable to download Oberheim OBTune

I am aware that this is not a technical question but it is a frustrating situation: I have attempted several times to download the plugin from the MusicYo web site http://www.musicyo.com/brandpos.asp?dept_id=9 and keep getting the same "unprocessed transaction" notice.
Has anyone by any chance in the forum been able to recently download this plugin? I just want to know if there is something wrong with their page or it's something related to my transaction. (BTW I sent them a note asking the question).
I need this plugin ASAP as I'm starting to record a commercial and need it there.

    To all, please ignore this thread. I have learned that this tool has PACE so I'm not buying it.
