[Solved] Upgrade Project5 -> Sonar 8 Studio without Matrix View !?

Hi,

real seriously, why Cakewalk let me upgrade from Project5 V2.0 to Sonar 8.0 Studio and remove the Matrix View !?

I bought Project5 because of the cool matrix feature. Now i have Sonar 8.5 Studio without Matrix View !

Why !?

I have bought Project5, i upgrade to Project 5 V2.0, i get an upgrade to Sonar 8.0 Studio for free and now i upgrade to Sonar 8.5.

I and what i have ? No Matrix View.

Please spend the matrix view to the Sonar Studio. I already own it with Project 5 and i want it also in Sonar Studio.

    Actually, a free version of Sonar 8 Studio is not an upgrade - it is different software. You still have P5 - please enjoy the matrix!
    You can upgrade to Producer if you want the Matrix view in Sonar (which is also different software!)

    You are right.
    But i don't have endless money to buy any new software.
    I have payed for Project 5 and i want all that features. Cakewalk has nice cheap upgrade offers. I have to stay with cakewalk. There is no money to buy ableton live howhas all features i need to play live on stage.

    Than i have to use Project 5 again.

    Oh my god !

    I wan't Sonar X1 Studio - now there is the new Matric View included.

    Thank you Cakewalk - it was worth to be a good customer.

    I will pay 99€ for the Upgrade from Sonar 8.5 Studio to X1 Studio.

    Next thing should be some stuff to support keyboarder live on stage.
    - Switching Track's with Midi Control Command's
    - Think about how Akai MPK, Novation Remote, M-Audio Aximo and other Controler Keyboards could support live playing vsti sounds and fireing some pattern sequences.
    - Build in a Tempo Button controled by MIDI Control Command. Live on stage a keyboarder could mesure the tempo of the band and fire a pattern sequence.

    I think you might want to lower your expectations about The Matrix view.  It is NOT the same as the Project 5 Matrix.  They are very very different.
