Tap - Mark - Spot on.  I burned this tune to a CD tonight with a couple of my latest tunes and this tune was too loud.  I backed off on the Ozone 4 volume and rolled off below 60hz and that seemed to address both your issues.  I also put a channel strip on the drum track and that is a lot more present now.   Thanks guys.  (Tap - The dimished scale is just so cool and fun!)

Very nice Daryl, Itoo wish I could sing, but as it were, I suck at that part, so I just do what I do. Very nicely done and always love your guitar work. John

Overall sounds like pretty good work. I hear artifacts, but I can't tell what they are. At times there's a jumbled timing thing, especially in the intro, then I think I hear strange timing at break points. Almost like a loop was used but a reverb trail wasn't left...especially with the drums.

Anways, I think it's good work over all though. You do have smooth playing.

John -  I know how you feel.  I have to work VERY hard at vocals.  But I had sort of an ephifany when I asked myself this quesiton:  How much practice do I put in on vocals compared to the guitar?  Therein is the secret.  Just like you play notes over and over to get the right timing, sustain, and vibrato,  the voice works just like that, only for some of us it takes even more work than the guitar.  Alas no magic bullet.. at least not for me.  Thank you!

Joshua - Hmmm.  I wish you could have been a little more specific.  I'm not sure what that could be.  It might be from the drum track.  I did make some changes that I have reposted yet which might address those issues.  I also removed some light reverb from a couple tracks.  Thanks for the listen.

Very good lyrics! Emotionally stimulating. Pretty song. I think some toms on the drums would've added to this especially during your g-solo. Really good overall with a mellow groove, nice to listen with breakfast! Kinda motivating too.

Yes, I'm back ...with minions. Luv, D

Venus, Tim, Thank you very much on lyric comments.  I spent decades not writing many lyrics, convinced that I couldn't do it, in spite of the fact that my career (after music) compells me to write extensively as well as wrighting humorus stories for the Federation of Fly Fishers pulications.  The past couple of years have given me new confidence.  I guess I finally figured out, it's not a lot different from story writing, except for need to rhyme here and there.

Venus -  If my music and/or my lyrics somehow motivated you.. I am honored, really.

Really great tune, love that hollow body tone. I really thought the vocals and vocal melody was superb as were the harmonies. Production sounded pro to me.
