I agree with you.  Now, wanting 8.5 Producer and it no longer available, what choice do I have?  I'm stuck withSonar HS7 with Vista 64.  Need I say more?

Sonar 8.5 Producer is still readily available, just not from Cakewalk.

ebay, musiciansfriend.com, guitarcenter.com all have it.
