Bub ProjectM BTW, I just realized I've passed 1000 posts. It only took me 7 years! Congrats! It only took me 3 months. Pathetic ain't I? :) btw ... love your avatar. Who is that? Ha ha! Seriously, being social and connect with so many people in such a short time - even over the internet - can only be a good thing;) Thanks for the compliments on my avatar. Have no idea who it is. It's just something I found on the net when I was in a vampire rosy mood one night, probably after a bottle of wine and piano improvising (I can only play stuff in minor really slow). And quite like it too;)

Janet If you want to participate in important things, there might be better places than here. lol But it's usually fun and sometimes educational. :-) With all the **** I have to put up with every week I find this to be very important. A little difficult at times, but the Coffee House is always fun! I mean important! Oh yes, and very educational! Actually, that has come back to the upstairs now. There's been so much great stuff posted these last few days and I have much fun learning it all.

Ok... if you pass out from drinking coffee..... I suspect you're drinking "Irish coffee" ..... my dad used to drink that.... it has whiskey in it... that will make you pass out..... to much of the "other" ingredient..... ...... or maybe, not enough? On coffee getting cold in a big cup..... drink faster! On exercise regarding small cups..... drink coffee from a big cup..... you'll get exercise... running to the bathroom...... More coffee..... I'm having a cup of decaf right now..... oh poo..... it's cold.... add: 2 good swallows and it's gone.... cold but still good. Does anybody drink it from the saucer? I saw a lady drinking it that way....curiosity got the better of me....she'd spoon it out of the cup into the saucer..... then lift the cup off the saucer and lift the saucer to her lips to drink....... Megh...it is more my heart that has issues with too much coffee...I have had an ICD placed in me which does help my heart a lot now. I've been more or less caffeine free since last summer and found some coffees that do taste pretty good. But still....

Wife just told me the anti oxidants in coffee are good for you too. It a proven fact that our culture has become smarter since we discovered the brew...songs are also faster. I can hardly wait till tomorrow morning ..

I like my coffee like I like my women..... cold and bitter. But after years of using a "per-merger" Lucent coffee cup, I started to worry that people would think I don't support Alcatel-Lucent (which I do, especially since they picked my high school colors for our logo). Anyway, I finally got a proper coffee cup:

I am with Herb here, There is no such thing as a dirty coffee cup. if you can sort of see the bottom the only problem is it does not have enough coffee in it.

Seems to me coffee has something in it that will dilate bronchial tubes. Must be good for singing. Particularly with some of that Irish Whiskey in it. I used to not wash anything that had to do with my morning coffee (grinder, reusable filter, decanter, etc). Then it occurred to me, when I let it go for a few days, the mold that pops up - it had to have grown gradually, and must have been there from Day One...
