The latest build (506) of Sound Forge Pro 10 now installs x64 DX versions of Noise Reduction, Acoustic Mirror, Wave Hammer, and élastique Timestretch.

Hammer is a Sony only product - like Acoustic Mirror it won't work outside of SONY products.  Just like some of the Cake 3rd party products.

I use Wave Hammer within Sonar.  Have been using the Sony DX plug-ins in Sonar for a very long time.   The above mentioned plug-ins show up in Sonar, you might be referring to the Mastering Effects Bundle by iZotope that are locked to Sound Forge.

I have an older version of SF where it is locked.  At least mine doesn't show up in SONAR.
