Can I convert a 48Khz project to 44.1Khz?

I'd like to convert a project to 44.1Khz and it's now 48Khz.  (Melodyne Editor won't work in a 48Khz environment, hence the need).
I thought there used to be a way of doing this but I can't find anything in the Help files.  If there isn't a way I guess I'll have to export each individual audio track, convertng it on the way out, then open a fresh project and import them all?

I believe that's the only way to do it. I work in 48k for video about 20% of the time, and I hate that I have remember to go into Audio options and change the bitrate for new projects to 48k, and then remember to go back and change it again when I want to go back to 44.1 (or whatever).

You can't convert an existing X1 or 8.5.3 project from 44.1>48KHZ or vice versa. Not unless you export all the audio and start a new project at the new sample rate, When you import the audio Sonar will automatically convert it to the rate.

Which version of Melodyne are you using? I have the current Melodyne Editor and it works in 44.1, 48, 88.2 and 96KHZ.

Or use Voxengo's R8BrainPro to convert the audio files in the project.

Strange? Works fine here even in 64bit File FORMAT. Are you using SONAR X1 x64 or x32? I use the x64bit version only..

Melodyne Editor keeps freezing Sonar X1 after about five minutes working as a plugin to a project.  I was clutching at straws thinking iit was about the sample rate it seems.
I'm using ME 64 bit in Sonar 64 bit on a high spec PC (see below) and I can't think what else can be the problem.  I can stabilise things if I set my ASIO to 2056 samples, but that's ludicrous and it also makes the midi tracks slightly out of sync with the audio ones.  Standalone Melodyne works fine but who can work on a sole vocal track without hearing it in context with the rest of the song?

No you shouldn't have any problem..ASIO 512 buffer should work just fine.

You haven't disable AERO or the graphic card you use are set to run i highest quality? That's important. Both the Windows 7 SYSTEM, Melodyne and SONAR X1 need to have AERO and all the graphic ON to work correctly. Also have you disable core parking?
How to do this you find here...
