If I let my mind go blank, massive depression sets in. I constantly have to keep my mind occupied with music, internet, movies, PS3, chores outside, until I'm so tired I can't hold my head up anymore then I crash and I always have this feeling like I should be doing something but I don't know what. I have severe sleep apnea (>100 EPH) and I think that has something to do with it. I rarely get in to an REM sleep.

Someone just shoot me and get it over with please. I'm gettin' pretty tired. LOL!


          I have severe sleep apnea as well. Bub- You are doing the right thing to stay busy with constructive things. Of course that omits the CH.

I've got a LOT of experience in some pretty bizarre areas (besides Coffee House) Starise.  One of those areas is called Lucid Dreaming. 




 Lucid dreaming.The WIKI link for this- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucid_dream for this. Interesting read and similar to some of my experiences. I don't think Ive ever went deep enough into it though.


 I guess I must have led a fairly protected existence when I was younger Bitflipper as I never had any drugs offered to me,nor did I ever seek any out. I found weed one time but I never smoked it. Doesn't make me any better or worse. Never felt any kind of compulsion to go there.

Has the "space for rent" sign gone up yet?


without having Holmes on Homes come in and do a complete demolition and rebuild, no one would rent there.  currently there's a "condemned" sign hanging just over the "band" sign.

I managed to get the Heathrow security X-ray footage of when Bapsi came to visit the UK last year.
