I just made my fourth attempt at downloading the patch.  All I see is the flying paper.  No estimated time, no percent downloaded, no transfer rate shown, nothing ever shows on the progress bar.  On most attempts I've let it go about twenty minutes or so, but nothing changes, so I can't tell if anything is happening at all.
 
This is the same computer and browser (IE8) that I used for the earlier patches and everything else.  What's going on?

I just tried again without doing anything differently and now it's working.
