Good dialog, Ben. Thanks. This conversation is coming at a funny time because I am about to release an album that is so different that I can't decide if it will be loved, hated, or ignored. It is not different in a weird, bizarre way at all--just not really like anything else. I'll send you a link in a couple of months or so. By the way, I was at a Beatles concert when I was a little kid. It was an experience that will never be recreated.
Well now I am jealous although some of those seats around you may have been a little wet and smelly. Looking forward to the link. Just remember and most of the folks around here don't get it but they are starting to, John Lennon is my hero. I did'nt really have a father growing up (no I don't need you to cry for me Argentina) so whilst John was def not a father figure, I understand the man's message and all I try and do with my talent use the message.
Both John and I come from the same circumstances in terms of broken homes so we were/are angry young men, hence my bull in a china shop approach to life, maybe I will find the same peace John got, maybe I wont.
The one thing I do know just like Lennon it hard to know whether to count me in for revolution or out.
Anyone following this conversation will understand the last comment, I am sorry to the OP for going off topic.
But wasn't the journy nice, Moley said to Ratty"!! I just made that up, not a line in Wind in The Willows
Peace Ben
