Cakewak Store Login Problem?

Anyone having Cakewak Store Login Problems? I had them reset my password and it's not working.

    Weird. It might be a reset password problem. I only get, "Please check your password and try again." And its the password they e-mail me.

    Hi Rick

    Try clicking on the Change Region button at the top of the log-in screen to make certain you have your correct region selected there. I'm assuming that if you're in Texas you'll need to select United States (USD) from the four options.

    If you try to log in to the 'wrong' region you will get an error message.

    Try clearing your cookies for that site or using another browser. It worked fine for me about an hour ago.

    Windows 8 x64

    No problem, sorry it didn't work.

    I thought I'd mention it as it happens to me a lot as I'm always forgetting to change from the default US page to the GB option.

    Hope you get it sorted soon though.

    Okay. It's working now. Must have been a glitch in the Matrix. ;-) Gotta watch out for those black cats! ;-)
