Hi Lynn,

I like this song. Very nice mix and lots of cool stuff going on. Your vocal sounds great, too.

A mesmerizing beauty ... (for a mesmerizing beauty) but it took me 2/3rds of the song to get hooked ... being that it is a 1st listen to me.

While perfect as is, I might not mind more reverberant snare hits in sections (listening with my Quiet cans) ... though the backing instruments mesmerized quite sweetly as the song progressed.

The more I listened to this song the more interesting it became, which is a good thing.  But back to the guitar balance - since the guitar is legato and the strings not, the balance isn't the same for each.  My head kept leaning to the right.  One thing I would do is center the gutiar for the solo - just like a guitarist stepping center stage.  Another thing is to put the organ bit to the left.

I might also mess with the vocals at some point - telephone, too much delay, some differing effect.

Love the guitar sound and work.  The strings are nice and unexpected, too.  Sounds great, despite my balance nitpicking.  Good songs are sometimes like that - the small problems stand out.

I like the arrangement a lot... the sustained guitar part and the rhythm strings.  Very clever.  It's got a great sound.  Very creative.  Nice vocal.  I think it's a really good tune.

Peace,

Ian
