Mini Er Hu questions

I have downloaded all the files for Er Hu instrument at http://www.chineekong.com//free.htm I am tryin to test out the Mini Er Hu instrument. However, there is only .dll file in the .rar file. Anyone have experience on how to make this mini er hu work? THere is no installer. Just the .dll file available for the Mini Er Hu. Any help are truly appreciated. Thx.

You need to move this DLL into your "VSTPlugins" folder and rescan for VSTs through the Cakewalk Plugin Manager (from the  "Utilities" menu). Or, note the current location (path) for this VST and add this new path to the scan options. All of this can be managed with the help of the "Plugin Manager".

Alegria... Thanks. I have copy the .dll file into the vstplugins folder in cakewalk, and have scanned it using Plugin Manager. It has been loaded into my Sonar X1 Producer. However, when i press a middle C on my midi controller, there is no sound. When I press a key on my midi controller, there are only visual signal at the Inspector, but no sound. Can anyone give any suggestions how to make it to have sound please? Thanks.

Is this the only VST you are having problems with? How do you usually set yourself up with any other VSTs that work?
