paulo Well you did warn us, but I listened anyway ! Bit too country for my tastes, as I suspected it almost certainly be after the warning, but hey, you're always good value for sound quality, so always something to be learned. Best thing I can say is that you all make it sound effortless which I always think is the mark of someone who knows what they're doing. Thanks for not heeding my warning, Paulo. I appreciate the kind words.

ohgrant Cool classic country, great tone and style on the guitar and mix was spot on. Really enjoyed it. Thank you, Grant! I give all the credit to my Les Paul Supreme, the tone monster!

bapu The Total Package. The Lead Vox could stand to come up about 1db, IMO. Thanks, Bapu! I'll fiddle with the mix some more.

Hey, Scotty, Wow, another really great original with a nice fusion of traditional country and 70's country rock elements! Exceptional playing, great arrangement, and Bill's vocals sound terrific. I think the BGVs and your tasty guitar fills sort of give it a very cool 70's Grateful Dead vibe. Another dynamite addition to your repertoire, buddy! Bob

Not my favourite genre Scotty, but it's always nice to hear you play. Lovely tasteful phrasing on this, and the mix is perfect to my ears. well written song too, good job Bill!

Yeah, very country, and VERY good! Loved Bill's harmonies, and the excellent guitar work. Nice job on the mix too.

I won't get into how ironic it is that i grew up listening to a lot of country is, but let's just say this reminds me of a lot of what i grew up listening to. Great harmonies. No part seems to overpower the other, although i do think the lead vocals could be raised a notch. Could just be my speakers. Anyway, great job.

James, Certainly not my favorite genre either. I'm a rocker at heart with a slight fiddle dependency. My band plays some of this old coutry stuff so Igo along for the ride. Thanks for listening and glad you approve. Phil, You're very kind. Thanks! Dub, It could be worse. You could have grown up being force-fed classical music like I was. Glad you liked it.

Makes me wanna grab my Tele (knockoff). On my small monitors, the lead vocal could come up a notch. Tasty steel. And it's REAL country, not the pretty pop with a twang that passes for country these days. Bass is in the pocket. Great job. Mark

The "tasty steel" you heard is a cheap imitation I did on my Les Paul.
