Mouse, Shuttle pro, keyboard short cuts, trackball (in that order), but mostly mouse.

I use a mouse and after about 10 years I'm starting to feel the pain- physically and mentally.  I wish Sonar would develop an iPad or such app.  Although I don't own an iPad or similar tablet, I've seen how they integrate with other apps and it seems more like using an "actual mixer".  I'm pretty burnt on a mouse...
