Shutter Island anyone? Stellar movie and I had some serious inner conflicts during that.

Fantastic movie, and I did not see that ending coming.

So far Project M's liked the movies I've mentioned and I like the one's he's picked!  Now if I only had time to watch a movie...

Yeah CraigB, you have a helluva great taste in film

Today is movie day - it's Norway Day and I sure won't spend it in a studio! I've picked a few titles off this thread + Crazy Heart

Some of the films that frequently are referenced in CH threads:

Airplane!

This Is Spinal Tap

Monty Python And The Holy Grail(almost everything from Python gets used eventually).

Princess Bride

I thought he did a great job on the soundtrack, but I always try to mute the sound before that song comes up over the end credits.  It seems like one of those attempts to be overly Profound that just falls flat.  I'm painfully aware of that feeling.

He's actually done a bunch of soundtracks.  Cal, Last Exit To Brooklyn, Local Hero, Metroland, A Shot At Glory and Wag The Dog (c'mon Beagle, you HAD to know about that one, ya?).

One of my favorite bands has done even more: Tangerine Dream.
