Absolutely double-triple-quadruple checked track routing to buses that route to the master bus.

My default export is ALL boxes (that can be) are checked. It's how I always export.

Again what's weird is that I did not setup this 2nd project. It came to me in tact.

Ok,

Just did a bounce to track. That worked.

For shiggles and grits I followed that by a 'normal' export (not Herb's way). And it worked. The same export that last night did not work. And nooooo, my DAW was not re-booted in between any of these export/bounces. I needed to leave the DAW on all night last night.

I give up trying to figure it out. Something's bonkers and I can't even post a link to the song for Daryl.
