nicely done, didn't realize GPedit was only for Pro (though GP stands for Group Policy, so it makes sense). Then again, I never owned/used Home Premium. I want everyone to know how Pro I can go, yo. WERD

It's like hitting the button for the elevator (or lift) when it's already lit. It doesn't actually do anything, but it makes the person fixating on it feel as though they have accomplished something significant. It's a little like watching bored kids in a car attempting to use the Force to change red lights to green.

It does come down a lot faster (when constantly pushed), but it doesn't necessarily go to the top floor in time of need.

Anytime I push a button calling the elevator or when selecting a floor inside the elevator, I always wonder if this one is rigged to scan my fingerprints, identify me, and Take Appropriate Steps. I also wonder if there are hidden panels, doors, pressure plates, concealed spikes, high voltage probes, shark tanks in the elevator shaft, or bagpipes. I'm concerned about walls on hydraulics designed to crush inhabitants. I'm wondering if it's airtight when they suck all the oxygen out. I wonder if this is the shaft that goes down to the incenerator. I wonder if all of the other people on this elevator are "In On It". How many of them are studying me now, preparing to strike if I make the wrong move? Does that guy have a syringe concealed up his jacket sleeve? Is she preparing to dose me with a nerve agent? Is that guy really an insect wearing a human disguise in order to lure me to my doom? When I get off, I wonder if I got away, or if they're only pretending to let me go. So, yes. Pushing that button repeatedly helps. It helps a lot. I'll take the stairs...
