Bought a $28 DVD ripper program that works very well (already ripped 5 movies). Seems the average movie is ~1.2GB.

Ordered two 32gb High Speed micro SD cards to put movies on (the tablet will take a max of one 32GB SD card at a time). $60 with tax and shipping. That means I get movies from my library stored for about $1.30 apiece. After the five rips the DVD ripper has pretty much paid for itself (assuming $4.99 for purchased mp4 movies, pretty much the going rate). My "time" is free of course.

Down the road I may purchased some mp4 movies but my DVD rRipper program actually has a preset for my specific tablet so it seems if I want Inception (being a relatively new release) to work optimum on my tablet, it might be better to buy the DVD online for $4 (on sale) and then rip it for the tablet.

Just for the record, since you mentioned it, and my ears were burning... When I first got my iPad, I had to use a browser app that masked my iOS as Safari to post anything here (every other forum under the sun was fine with the iOS).  That changed with iOS5.  I don't need it anymore, and can't even remember what it was called.  I hated it.  :)

The free browser I got works for this forum. Beagle said he got his default browser to work but he does not remember what it was that made it work (if anything at all).

Are you going to tell us what free browser you are using?
