Jonbouy bapu Jonbouy which of course isn't any concern at all if you've developed a taste for it and enjoy it. Kind of like developing a taste for me? The Bapu is far more acrid pungent S-P-I-C-Y than green tea, therefore will likely appeal only to the most devoted of connoisseurs. HTH It's actually the aftertaste that is most off putting. So I'm led to believe.

Jonbouy Kalle Rantaaho It's like EQing. People feel tempted to boost when they should cut. There's nothing as cool as a boosted low-shelf around the bottom end, a couple of pronounced bell curves in the upper-mids can help too. I'll drink it for sure if it gives me a pronounced bell-end.

I have only read good things about drinking green tea. However, to get the benefits out of it, you need to drink a lot of it. Or so I have read. I drink it daily but probably not enough for it to be of great benefit but it keeps me from drinking the bad stuff (I.E. soda). The stains in the mug is proof that you are seasoning the cup. That is, each cup will taste better and better. :-) You mentioned it getting cold... My method is to use a tea ball with hot water to make the first cup and I place the hot, soaked used tea in another cup until it cools. Water inside the tea ball drips out. Then I fill that cup with cold water. That is how I get my second cup of green tea in the morning. Since I use loose leaf tea, I mix the green tea with stuff called Luscious Licorice. Makes the green tea even better! Drink on!

I have never heard of anyone getting too much and for sure a few mugs will never do you in. This thread has reminded me of the coffee I drink. I'm not sure how much is too much but I have a minimum of two 20 oz cups every day and it is usually three. I'm well past the heart palipitation stage and even sleep like a baby after a cup now. It's almost scary and probably time to do something about it. I wish I had gotten hooked on green tea.

Of course I'll need to find some flexible people for this.
