Very Nice Sounding James

in the beginning your guitar sounds like it said a prayer ( e bow ) then it rejoiced on the lead solo as if to sing on in gratitude .

James, Another nice one. Liked it best when the guitar kicked in and added your signature flavor. Nicely done.

Nice vibe and instruments. The shaker, or whatever that is called, is too loud for me. Especially at the beginning.

Thanks Chas. I was going for a slight 'In the Air Tonight' vibe with the simple loop up front in the mix. Maybe too much.

yeah, I really like how this develops and all the different textures.   I only wish it would keep going a bit further and then actually resolve for an ending.  But hey!  thats just me.

I absolutely love this piece. Such creativity and such a wonderful balance of instrumentation. When the guitar started, I thought "that won't work" - but it did! Perfectly! In fact it worked so perfectly, I was banging the desk with my fist shouting "how did he do that?"! Pure genius!

Hi James - Since I last posted "Sweet River Flow" here earlier this year, I've been scribbling away at some new music - and three pieces managed to escape the waste bin (!) - Sacred Stone, Dawn Light and Shaman.  Every so often I have this urge to try something new (must be getting old!) and these pieces are sort of New Age / Ambient. Sort of! Lots of drums, weird flutes and mystic sounds - should keep my Druid friends happy - hopefully! You'll find then at my Soundclick / Lyle Music page in my signature below. Hope you like them.

Take care.

Hei James - I really enjoyed this - nice blend of sounds and some good melody.   Like an earlier poster, I did find parts of it a bit out of time ... I think it was the keyboard sound, around 1:45 ... that keyboard also sounded to me perhaps a little dry, maybe a bit of delay would be an idea.

Nice!

I agree that the bass needs more beef in it's diet.

Excellent!

That's kind of you Scott, thanks. Very early days for the E-Bow, but I enjoyed bringing it into this tune.
