I've used the BCF2000 as an act controller and it works for that.  Now I'm starting to learn how to use it in mackie mode and my problem is this:
Moving any of the sliders does not move the volume sliders in Sonar Producer X3e-- but if I move the sliders in Sonar with my mouse, the BCF2000 sliders move in sync correctly.  I have searched through all the old forums on BCF2000 and can't find anyone with this problem.
Moving the rotary knobs on the BCF2000 moves the pan knobs in Sonar, and vice versa.  If those are working as expected, why don't the sliders respond as they should?  I'm working through Fast Biker Boy's mackie guide and stopped when I hit this problem.  Thanks for any help.
