If you really want something off the mainstream, maybe you can find some bootleg board recordings of Linda McCartney (although I hear they kept her channel muted when possible).

Linda struggled with Wings early on, being a non-musician. Some of the live recordings are pretty bad. If you listen closely to the Wings studio work, she was a big part of the Wings sound with her back up vocals. Her voice blended pretty well with McCartney's.
