Rail,
Last night I tried downloading the files several times and each time the .zip files were corrupted. I tried to decompress the files with three different applications, each gave the same error. This morning I am getting the Internal server error. Apparently the server issues have arisen again. I will try again later in the day.
Thanks,
George

Hi George,

You can always email us at our support email and we can figure out another method to get you the files.

What was the error?  Make sure that your path doesn't exceed the Windows limit of 260 characters...  unarchive to a folder close to the root of your drive.  7-zip works the best IMO.

Best,

Rail

FWIW the first time I downloaded the file, it was corrupted. The second time worked fine. I use Chrome.

I hope you get it sorted.

I took a break and came back to the page and was able to download and install the applications with no issues. Incredible sounds. Thanks to Cakewalk and Platinum Samples for the gift. I began working on a track using the sounds immediately after the installation.
