Well I'll cut IK some slack. Seems to me they are not trying to screw anyone intentionally. So far they appear to be sticking to their words.

Besides they make great plugins! At great prices!

Actually, it says I authorize IKObi to give you you  a serial for....
I felt the 2nd "you" was directed at me, specifically.
 
That said, with the above comment "The offer stands and on 12/31 I'll have some serials for him." we can conclude 2013 is a no show for S3.
 


You don't know that yet. That is why I told him on the last day of the year to contact me if it isn't out. You can also do the same on that date.

Why doesn't Cakewalk just create an IK specific forum within the software forum, force IK to post there so it would be easier to ignore all this blatant advertising/spamming by IK...

I'm sure everybody would be happy is ST3 were released soon. On the other hand, it would be a nice Christmas bonus if it didn't. ;-)

Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.
