I don't know why but I was reminded of an old Gabor Szabo album I had as a kid.

Yes , I have listened to Gabor Szabo , I can see how this song could bring his style of playing the guitar up  .
 
it is true , this tune is not an easy tune  
 
the whole time this was being recorded I was playing the guitar while reading the sheet music / chord chart  ....
i wound up playing take after take after take on my guitar until I heard something that I liked listening too...
 
even after going through all of that , 
I  still have to read the chart to even be able to play this song well at all . 
 
I would have to say that it's all pretty humbling .......
