Hi, Herb,

Very nice job on this classy, vintage style country song with clean modern sounding production!

Great songwriting, vocals and playing, and to me it has a nice Hank Williams-esque feel that was a big tradition during the 60's and 70's days of "pure" C&W.

Nice work, Herb, really good stuff!

I've been to a rodeo once in my life and was very smitten by the beautiful young ladies charging around obstacles on their wonderful horses. So the title of this song does strike a chord with me - I have often wondered where I might meet those ladies! Bit late now! What a great song, Herb. Your usual outstanding musicianship and great lyric writing. Love it.

Warren: Thanks for the listen.... glad you like it.

Bob: I love the old style country but that's generally not what you hear these days

Malcolmb: There was a rodeo about 30 minutes from where I grew up in NJ. Our parents took us there many times. Man I wanted to be a cowboy some kind of bad when I was a kid. (who didn't?) Here's a good one for you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XvRoT3eAOec  enjoy. A song by Rodney Crowell (in the red sleeves)

Pick up the temp a bunch and this would be a great Jerry Jeff Walker type of tune.   I like this a bunch Herb, but I would like it at a quicker pace.  Good lyrics.
