As noted by thatorEd Mo Bettah? can now hear the slap of the kick. Personally I would say that this was a radio ready mix. Thanks for sharing guys keep em coming.

Finally getting a few minutes to listen. I am listening to mix 5. I have not read any of the previous comments. Forgive me if I repeat something or step on anyone's toes and forgive me if my evaluation is harsh. I love the intro, I love the acoustic, the lead and rhythm (wonderful lead), the bass, the drums, LOVE the strings, the pianos. but, and I say this in love, the vocals are the weakest part of the song and for me, it drags the song down. the vocals are not at the same level as all of the rest of the instrumentation. EVERYTHING is tight and complements each other EXCEPT the vocals. the choir is not together at all on the their rhythms and the overall sound of the choir is "muddy" Philz does a decent job on the lead vocals, but I think they could be better. i'm sure you're going for the heavy metal sound and that's obvious with this, but the sound isn't there. I'm not sure if you've got too much processing on his vocals or what the problem is without further scrutinization, but his vocals are not "there" for this song. only said in love. take what you want with my comments and trash the rest.

Well, I often agree with brother Reece's assessments, but not on this one. I remember the first few mixes of Asarapuss and that surely isn't what's posted. I would say there have been as many remixes of that as the producers post count. The one thing that struck me on this from the first time I heard it was the vocals and how good the production was on that. Another thing that struck me was that CHB mixes are starting to take on a unique more confident sound. Sorry but just out of the gate I would have to say that was the best first mix of a CHB song IMO Big thanks to all for the comments about the intro. Also big thanks to the past and present CHB brothers for the laughs and great learning experience. Good luck with your future endeavors. Sorry not around as much, had some internet multimedia issues and forum problems with XP,just upgraded to win 7 and finally getting a chance to hear what some of you have been up to, some really great stuff

Starise I thought I had already commented on this one. It's a one-of-a-kind. A lot of creativity and team work went into this. The guitars are killer. Another CHB hit.
A hit of what? Thanks for the listen Tim.

evadianepug Ha, this is fun! I listened on the Soundclick page and then went to the CHB page. I never really notice a lot of difference in the sound on these things but I really DID notice the quality difference between the two pages. What a fun tune! Every did a great job on their parts. The mix is really good on this one. And, oh yeah, YOU GUYS ARE NUTS!!!
Thanks Warren. Nuts? We're not Brazilian (that I know of).

Great job guys. No surprise there. Let me get this straight--your "final" song is announcing that new songs are on the way? I'm waiting in confused anticipation. VERSE 4The band went through changes, no doubt this is trueBut they'll keep up the desire to entertain youThey have some new songs they want to get doneTheir brand of heavy metal all sprinkled with fun
Should auld acquaintance be forgot--hey, who the hell are you guys? X2(X3 pending hardware upgrade), Emulator X2, E-mu 1212M, Virtual String Machine

Wookiee As promised came back today with fresh ears. Listened to both links, have to say that the acoustic opening does sound a little overly verby and there does seem to be a general lack of bottom to lower mid weight. Which could be my furry ears. The track does sound like you each had respective fun in its production. Again thanks for sharing will keep an eye out for any possible remixes.
Maybe you missed the 5 October remix?
