Just out of interest, what did you get charged in Euros?
We got charged £119 (GB Pounds), which definitely does not equate to $149 
£119 at current conversion rates is actually around $192 
Even if they are adding on a further 20% VAT (our current rate) above the registered price, it should still only be $178.80, or £110.80.
And if VAT is being added on top of the advertised price, I believe it should say so.
I don't believe this is very fair at all, but what do I know.

Ah! Alright! :) Thanks for clearing that up! :) I must say I really LOVE X3 so far!!! Just played around with it for a few minutes (just opening windows, clicking randomly, jumping in and out of PRV, CV and so on) and it feels MUCH faster and more stable than X2 :O ..Back to my adventure now!! I'm going to open up a project and start messing around with track colours, tape emu. and melodyne! ;D Well.. Actually! First I'll fix a huge can of coffe.. I won't be sleeping tonight, that's for sure! =) Thanks you for an awesome update!

3) Can you nw get more tracks on the screen a la 8.5
4) Any improvements to the audio engine and general stability
5) Is the mixer more scalable or does it still only have wide and narrow track options?
6) Can the track view scroll?
7) Any improvements to ACT?
8) Any improvements to scoring?
9) Does a track auto arm when you select it - or is there an option to enable this?

Check this out. So I called Sweetwater back and talked to a different guy. I told him that the last person told me that they were waiting on licenses from Cakewalk and it could be 48 hours before I could download it. I also told him that I checked my account and it doesn't even show that I placed an order today! He looked into it and said that they DO have the codes but my order hasn't been processed yet because there's a problem on THEIR end and that the tech guy wouldn't be there till Monday. I just cancelled my order. I don't like being lied to, and especially making it sound like Cakewalk was the one not giving them the licenses.

Hey X3 cool, but, aaaaarrrrrrgghh Wouldn't ya know,my lappy "got hacked"(26hrs ago now!),don't know how?,I was just optimizing (too much obviously!) and totally realized ALL my HDD had been accsessed(for months app!.) as well as my external . No idea[at all] who/what?,but "hello from earth to" whom/whatever?( another machine?) persons.....lots apparently?,over time- did this!(???). I stupidly made a new admin account,and now, the EXACT p,word "WILL NOT "work-very very weird- how or why?,also now I can only do a "guest log on"-says "no network"-but chrome- X2 and almost everything else still sort of except alll folders gone!!![heavily reduced graphics too like "safe mode") but??? I was using MS SE but after some MS "fix its",it ran WAY better!!,BUT,I must have gone too far???, (and thought all was ok),but this lappy (in my sig.) started running hot,whenever a seemingly less "cpu intensive",adaption was made???(it's been a HELL of a couple weeks actually),but fairly typical of my luck! Either very good,or catastrophically awful!!l hah ha( though not too funny at all ATM)and I don't wanna ruin the party/thread,but WOW X3 hits,just as THIS (my MS wipeout!at the almost exact "same time"!!!). Typical[bad luck?) I turned 49 on Fri(must ave been that???) and Iv'e barely been asleep since it all went bad!it's(sat.1.30am here) so NO X3 4 me, I will work it out(doubt it ATM!) but I'm locked out of admin. as a guest(weirdest compu. thing yet!!!!),and even though- NOT showing ADAPTER,(it says so) internet is on,I'm showing up here(typical guest deal.?),but NOT with it working went and stupidly SET a new Admin Account,but I DID get sleepy(after so lomg). and-nodded to sleep-woke up- THE esact password I'd written(in my old X1 BOOK!!!)will NOT Work!! It's changing right now but from my understanding, if you're purchasing something online, at a store with no physical presence in your state, there's no sales tax. Though you are supposed to claim this on your tax filings if you're state asks for it. At least that's how it works in Taxa...I mean Massachusetts. Other states like New Hampshire have no sales tax.
