Err, sorry to be thick, but I too was delayed by the 'out of serial numbers' message.  Now I have the s/n, VKFX shows up in the effects bin but is not activated.  At Overloud I'm stumped by:

New activation with License File

Request File (*.olr or *.or2):*

It's got my s/n on display.  What else do you have to do?
Under authorisation it says 'Open the plugin or run the Standalone Application. You will be asked for the authorization'.  Nada. Going round in circles.  Any suggestions welcome!

Found the answer via a clue from another thread.  You can't seem to just drag the delay into a track.  It shows up but doesn't work.  But when you drag it into Pro Channel an authorisation dialogue box opens and you paste your s/n in there to tie your licence to that specfic PC. Works fine as a PC module but not as track plugin, apparently.  Nice to have, though.

Talking about using it in the track FX bin?
Works fine for that on my end.
