problem with master fader on x1 and x3d

Hi guys
I recently upgraded my pc to win 8.1 and my sonar x1 to x3d. I do have problem with my master fader on vs700 which I never had this issue before. Almost every time I load a project all the faders jump to the right possession expect of master fader which stays on 0 db, I mean no move. Sonar is fine it just happened on vs700 and it just started after I upgrade it to win 8.1.
Is there anybody experienced the same issue? Or any solution ?

    Sell by date at 9000 posts. Do not feed.
    @48/24 & 128 buffers latency is 367 with offset of 38.
